Project Intake: Share your architectural drawings, CAD files, or exported 2D/3D project assets alongside your material schedules, finishes, and mood boards.
Creative Alignment: We host a discovery kick-off to align your vision, target audience, and preferred camera angles.
Timeline Estimates: Typical project turnaround range from 2 to 3 weeks depending on the architectural scope.

Phase 02 / Spatial Verification
Spatial Layout: We build the raw 3D geometry and establish camera positions using clean, white digital models.
Distraction-Free Review: This allows you to evaluate spatial flow, scale, and natural lighting without being distracted by color and textures.
Revisions: This phase includes 3 complimentary revision rounds to perfect the bones of the space.

Phase 03 / Light & Texture Application
Material Draping: We apply textures and fine-tune the ambient and artificial lighting.
Color Proof Review: You receive high-fidelity proofs to verify material accuracy, backed by another 3 complimentary revision rounds.

Phase 04 / Resolution & Delivery
High-Res Hand-Off: We deliver polished, production-ready marketing assets optimized for web, print, and presentation.

Hi, I’m Jen. With a professional background in interior architecture—including crafting high-end spaces at premier hospitality firms like Rockwell Group and RVD—I founded Jen Kohan Studio.
I view 3D rendering as a highly artistic medium rather than a purely technical task.
When away from my desk, my energy goes toward mission-driven community design and historic preservation with the Los Angeles Conservancy. I am deeply dedicated to working with at-risk communities, beautifying local neighborhoods, and engaging in hands-on local cleanup efforts.
